~ * ~ Main Site Requirements ~ * ~

You must be able to read English.
There is only 1 account allowed per IP or ALL accounts will be deleted.
Cheaters and abusers are NOT wanted and will be deleted daily (definitions explained below).
All accounts must contain your First & Last name and the correct country or your payout request will not be processed.
Auto Responders and bouncing emails will be deleted IMMEDIATELY (or when found) and without warning.
Members must be at least 18 years of age or older to join.
It is advisable to turn on your Admin Mailer in your account profile. Constant emails addressing issues which have just been addressed in an Admin Email will not be answered. Basically, if you will not read my emails, I will not read yours.


~ * ~ Accepted Members ~ * ~

All members/countries are welcome to join and earn.
Due to Paypal's new regulations, all efforts will be made to process payouts to Paypal restricted countries but we will not be held responsible for denied payments. When denied payouts are found, the funds will be returned to your accounts.


~ * ~ Payouts ~ * ~

Payouts are processed through Paypal only at this time with a 3% fee.
User profiles must be complete in order for your payout request to be processed. (First & Last name and correct country.)
You must have a minimum of 100 click links clicked before your request will be considered. This is for standard & upgraded members. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payouts are normally processed within the first week of the following month, BUT MAY take up to 30 days to process.
Payouts will not be processed if you have violated any of these Terms and your request (and possibly your account) will be canceled without notice.


~ * ~ Payout Calculations ~ * ~

Your account balance is NOT your actual earnings. This is just a basis to figure each members 'share' request amount at the end of each month. Payouts are based on the amount of income that the site receives each month. All payout request increments ($1) will be paid an equal share per increment requested.
Example: If you request $5, you will be paid 5 share amounts, $10 would be 10 share amounts, and so on. Payouts will begin on the 1st of each month for the month prior and may take up to 2 weeks to complete. Contact emails asking when will you be paid will NOT be answered. All members should expect to receive 1% - 10% of their actual amount requested. Upgraded members will be paid 1/2 of what you have paid for your upgrade plus your share of the site revenue as well as receiving the ads that come with the upgrade and the enhancements. All members (free and upgraded) will be paid based on the same share ratios. Upgraded members requesting payout MAY be exempt from the Country Restrictions if your account is in good standings.


~ * ~ Purchases/Referrals ~ * ~

Purchases which have been properly credited to your accounts are NON-refundable. By signing up and making a purchase, you are agreeing to this Term.
There is no guarantee on referral activity, although every attempt is made to keep members active.
Purchases will NOT be refunded if your account is found to be in violation of any of these Terms and deleted. This includes Ad Packages and Upgrades.


~ * ~ Deleted Accounts ~ * ~

Deleted accounts are just that ... deleted. If your account has been deleted for inactivity, cheating, or any other Terms violation, you will lose all earnings, referrals, upgrades, ads and ad credits or other incentives that go along with your membership.
Deleted accounts will not be restored, however, you are free to sign up with a new username, as long as you keep your account within Terms.


~ Activity ~

Accounts inactive for 45 days will be deleted. Some accounts can be restored but with a $0 balance.


~ * ~ Cheating ~ * ~

Accounts with 25 cheat check fails will be suspended/deleted without warning.
Accounts with 100 bad clicks viewing ads will be suspended/deleted without warning.
Accounts with a signup score of over 5,000 will be suspended/deleted without warning. (This is the score that shows how many referrals you have gained against how many PTP hits you have received. Normally a signup score of over 5,000 shows PTP abuse and/or autosurf use, and Autosurfs are not allowed.
Accounts with 5 false submittals to a PTSU offer will be suspened/deleted without warning.
Accounts with 1 false submittal to a clearly marked 'Admin Offer' will be deleted without warning.
Accounts found to be using auto clicking software or promoting such software or sites will be deleted without warning.
Accounts with Auto-Responders or bouncing emails will be deleted without warning.
Multiple accounts with the same IP will be reviewed to decide if they are the same users and will be deleted immediately.
Members found to be using false information to gain referrals will be deleted immediately.
Members attempting to cheat the country verification or using proxys will be deleted immediately.


~ * ~ Advertising Terms ~ * ~

The following is not allowed: rotators, ads for auto clicking software, PTP links in banner links, PTP links in rotators if available, contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult content. The websites must not redirect or break frames, contain scantily clad people, include downloads or dialogs or confirmation alerts, contain more than 1 popup or contain so many affiliates that it takes too long to load. The ads single popup/popunder must not open any new windows or break any of the above Terms.


~ * ~ Spam ~ * ~

We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, Site & Sister Site Specials or issues with the site.


~ * ~ Disclaimer ~ * ~

This Program is not a MLM site or a Get Rich Scheme. All members are free to earn here and earnings are based soley on the effort that you put into the program.
This Program will not knowingly promote and/or advertise so called Scam/Scheme sites.


~ * ~ Subject to change ~ * ~

This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be settled.
